Cancellation Policy

Life happens — I understand plans change. Out of respect for all guests and my schedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the reserved service total. Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 75% of the reserved service total. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you — thank you for valuing the time and preparation that goes into making your visit restorative and personalized. — Unsure what to book, especially for color? Please text or book a consultation so we can schedule you intentionally. — Saturday appointments are limited + by request only.
